Authorised clinical use only
TheraNotes is an invite-only service for authorised Flourish Health Australia personnel. You must use your own account, keep credentials secure, follow access controls and notify your administrator promptly if an account or device may have been compromised.
Current-client information
Only information required for the current participant and current assessment episode may be entered or uploaded. You must check participant identity, authority to collect and use the information, source relevance and document accuracy before relying on it.
Clinical responsibility
TheraNotes provides drafting and review support. It does not:
- provide medical, legal or funding advice;
- replace assessment, clinical reasoning or professional judgement;
- guarantee that generated text is accurate, complete or suitable for submission; or
- issue, sign or submit a report on behalf of a clinician.
The responsible AHPRA-registered clinician must verify evidence, attribution, assessment results, recommendations and support quantities, resolve or disclose gaps, and own the final signed report.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- access records without a work-related need and appropriate authority;
- transfer facts or recommendations from one participant into another participant’s report;
- attempt to bypass security, role, evidence or finalisation controls;
- represent an unsigned application export as a signed or issued report; or
- use the service for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive or harmful activity.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended or unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Reasonable care is taken in operating TheraNotes, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.
