Authorised clinical use only
TheraNotes is an independent company and invite-only service. Flourish Health Australia is a customer of TheraNotes, not its owner or parent company. The current internal pilot is for authorised Flourish personnel and approved Flourish cases only. You must use your own account, keep credentials secure, follow access controls and notify your administrator promptly if an account or device may have been compromised. Public enquiry previews do not send a request, create an account or grant pilot access.
Current assessment information
Only information required for the current participant and FCA may be entered. The workflow supports completed assessment-results uploads and fileless references to unavailable documents. You must check participant identity, authority to collect and use the information, source relevance and accuracy before relying on it.
Clinical responsibility
TheraNotes provides assessment capture and review of the saved assessment. In hosted development, the responsible clinician can generate, inspect, edit and save Assessment Process and Parts A–E drafts, review scoped AI suggestions and download the exact saved report as a PDF. Internal completion and deliberate return to draft preserve earlier saved versions. It does not:
- provide medical, legal or funding advice;
- replace assessment, clinical reasoning or professional judgement;
- make autonomous clinical or funding decisions; or
- issue, sign or submit a report on behalf of a clinician.
The responsible clinician must verify saved and generated wording, attribution, gaps and clinical support, and apply their own clinical reasoning. A source link identifies recorded material; it is not an endorsement of the draft’s interpretation. Signing and formal issue are outside this release. Internal completion and download do not establish clinical approval. Any final signed report remains subject to the organisation’s approved process.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- access records without a work-related need and appropriate authority;
- transfer facts or recommendations from one participant into another participant’s FCA;
- attempt to bypass security, role, capture, review or download controls;
- represent a clinician-review draft or downloaded review PDF as a signed or formally issued report; or
- use the service for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive or harmful activity.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended or unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Reasonable care is taken in operating TheraNotes, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.
