What TheraNotes is
TheraNotes is an independent company and product brand. The current internal pilot is limited to authorised Flourish Health Australia personnel and approved Flourish cases. Flourish is a customer, not TheraNotes’ owner or parent company. The hosted-development workspace supports FCA capture, optional uploaded assessment results, Assessment Process and Parts A–E drafts, clinician editing, scoped AI suggestions and saved-report PDF download. Internal completion and PDF download do not sign or formally issue a report.
Information handled in the workspace
Depending on the assessment, TheraNotes may handle:
- participant identity and NDIS details;
- health, disability, functional, assessment and support information;
- referrals, clinical notes and fileless record references for the current FCA;
- clinician identity, professional credentials and workspace activity; and
- technical information needed for security, authentication and reliable operation.
Why information is used
Information is used to capture and review the current FCA assessment and, within the authorised development workflow, prepare, refine and retain Parts A–E drafts, saved-report PDFs and review history. Account and activity information supports access control, security and reliable operation. TheraNotes does not make autonomous clinical, eligibility or funding decisions.
Access and safeguards
Access is limited to authenticated users within the relevant organisation and is controlled by role and FCA responsibility. The workflow supports uploaded completed assessment-results documents and fileless references to unavailable documents. The application keeps information gaps and contradictions visible for clinician review. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so suspected privacy or security incidents should be reported promptly.
Draft preparation in hosted development
The responsible clinician can deliberately send the frozen assessment and selected verified results to the configured AI provider to prepare Assessment Process and Parts A–E. Scoped refinement requests send the selected current wording, instruction and relevant case context. The saved draft retains its link to its source versions. Source identity does not establish that a source clinically supports every statement. Generated wording and suggestions require clinician review; earlier saved versions remain in history. Signing and formal issue are unavailable in this release.
Public enquiry previews
The future-interest and walkthrough forms are currently previews only. They do not store or send an enquiry, send email or grant access to the internal pilot. Do not enter participant or clinical information in them.
Service providers and overseas processing
TheraNotes uses technology providers for hosting, authentication and database storage, and a configured AI provider for the authorised development drafting workflow. This notice does not assert that all processing occurs in Australia. The organisation must assess permitted disclosure, processing locations and applicable arrangements before production use. Current pilot-specific details can be requested using the contact information below.
Access, correction and complaints
For this customer workspace, you may request access to, or correction of, personal information held by Flourish Health Australia, or raise an organisational privacy concern, by emailing admin@flourishhealth.com.au or calling (03) 7043 7778. Identity may need to be verified before information is released or changed.
